3 Great Bathroom Organization Tips

Bathroom-productsOne of the biggest complaints about bathroom design is the lack of storage space that’s available. It seems that no matter how large your bathroom is, space is always at a premium. Without enough space to store bathroom necessities, you’re going to end up with a lot of clutter. Here are a few simple tips to get your bathroom more organized and eliminate clutter at the same time.

Shelves and cabinets

One of the most effective solutions for adding more storage space to your bathroom is to install some additional shelves or cabinets. If you took a look around your bathroom right now, it’s likely that you can find space to install one or two cabinets, or at least a few shelves. You’ll be surprised at just how much more storage space you’ll add by installing shelves, and just how much more organized you can be. And if you choose something that complements the color scheme and style of your current bathroom, you won’t have to sacrifice style.

Towel-rackTowel racks

The space on the back of your door is the perfect place to add a towel rack for your wet towels. Towels tend to dry quickly hanging on a towel rack. This also eliminates the temptation of anyone dropping wet towels in a pile on the floor, which makes any bathroom look cluttered. Again, if you choose something that fits with the current interior design of the room, a towel rack will go virtually unnoticed.

Under the sink

There are two great options you can choose from to organize the space under your bathroom sink. The first is to install a tension rod to hang any number of small items that you have in your bathroom to keep them neat and organized. The second option is to install storage drawers underneath your sink. This option will create much needed storage space for all the small items, and will also give your bathroom a more organized appearance.
