Back in May 2013, I purchased a rake and shovel and I used my reward points online with the intention of picking the items up at the store. I got the order confirmation but no further communication and I forgot about the order. I noticed now that my order was cancelled that same month. When this happened, my points were not credited back to my account. They werent even a year old. Why would they be discarded?
