Question

can I look up a receipt by the number from an in store purchase?

I have a TV that I received as a gift and it needs repairs. The person that bought it has the receipt and has given me the receipt number. I need to prove purchase and date.

  1. Welcome, plummperfect! Thanks for your question today. You can look up all of your orders on Sears.com. Just follow these steps to do so:

    • Log in to Sears.com
    • Click on your name on the upper right hand side of the screen
    • Click "Order Center"

From there, you will be able to view all past orders associated with your account-both online and in store.

    Hope that helps!

This answer is not correct as I made an in-store purchase and went to look it up 5 months later and when you register on the web site it doesn't ask for anything but your name and email address, so there is no way to link back to my previous purchase. Now if were to ask for a phone number or address there would be something to link my account to.

Hi there, JohnP14862! Thanks for posting this information. I would recommend contacting the folks at Sears.com Customer Service. They should be able to help you find a past purchase receipt.

      Thanks!
