Question

Can someone please tell me why the microwave I ordered on 11/23/12 was cancelled. After several emails with customer care over the last six weeks trying to get a delivery date for the microwave, I’m told on 1/4/13 that my order was cancelled on 12/26. I initially thought the item wasn’t in stock, however, several comments made by your csr’s lead me to believe that Sears was no longer willing to honor the sale price and cancelled my order.
