Does anyone know how to handle delivery issues IMMEDIATELY???

I have, or had, a delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Got a call with the window of 8:45 am to 10:45 am. An hour later I get a call saying there was a delay and to call. Called in and they want to send it 7/5/13. I have an appraisal scheduled tomorrow and those appliances HAVE TO BE in there. Need help fast!
