    Great question!

    Since the lease to own program is for in-store, yes, the item must be in stock at the store for the leasing program.

    If you haven't already it might be beneficial to visit your local Sears store and check the availability of an item that meets your requirement and which is eligible for our leasing program. Plus they will be able to answer any questions that you might have in regards to the program.

      That's not quite correct, Wendy. A lease can be had on select merchandise that is at the store (most of the "hardlines" merchandise, like appliances, lawn & garden equipment, televisions, etc.) OR available to order for home delivery (most appliances, tractors, and many televisions are not kept on hand at the store but are available for lease). Closeout and clearance merchandise qualifies for leasing as well.
