Have tried using the “contact us” form , keep getting the message that “special characters are not allowed”. No special characters used, no html enabled. That’s frustrating. Tried e-mailing the “sears cares” address. No response after a week. That’s frustrating. This is making the frustrating experience at a Hometown Sears even more annoying. Is there anyway to actually contact anyone with a concern?
