Hello – I just received your email for part 2 of the survey for in home product testing and responded within 6 minutes of receiving it.  The link states that the survey expired.  I do not know if it is accurate that it  expired within minutes or if it is an error and you should be aware of it. Please let me know thank you.

  3. I agree. same thing happened to me. There must be some type of system error.
    and no way to reply to the email to notify MSC.
