  1. Sears Cares is not Blue Ribbon. Blue Ribbon is higher than Sears Cares, but Sears Cares can pass along messages. Blue Ribbon is like a secret society, they don't usually leave messages or show up on caller ID. You have to pick up the phone when it rings. Nor do they email so be sure to answer the phone even without a number in caller ID.
