Hi, I called and cancelled 2 or my orders on Dec. 28, 2012 but still no refund?

I received both cancellation emails on Jan 2, 2012. I waited for the refunds to show up but after a week or so I chat online and the rep said they credit it back to my account in 3 to 5 days and still not show up yet. If you can help me get my refund that would be great. Thanks.
