Hoping cancelled order gets speedy refund…

I have cancelled an in-store pickup order and am awaiting the refund. I have been told 3-5 business days. There are numerous other threads where it appears to have taken weeks are longer for this to get resolved. I hope I will not be one of those cases. I am using this as an opportunity to either have another thread outlining the unnecessarily long time for a refund that it takes. Or perhaps one that can help Sears customer support shine if they can address the issue quickly and correctly. Time will tell and I will post updates as the days go.
