  5. I'm already working out more and eating more healthily, hopefully that will do it.

      And a plan comes together, found an ap called Ski Tracks that will tally vertical drops, speed and distances while skiing so the first goal is a 20,000' vertical day.

  7. Yep, I for sure need to do that! Too many cookies!

    I am actually on a little detox as we speak. For one week my husband and I are eating a vegan, gluten-free, sugar free and caffeine free diet. I just felt I needed a little jump start after the holidays! It hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be, so far. I miss my coffee, though!

      Good luck, Julie! I don't think I could ever give up my coffee though! I've stopped drinking all pop and trying to cut down on the sugar as well!

      I just GOT the Craftsman travel mugs, less than a month ago.

      I'm thinking more in terms of doing yard work and cleaning up around my workshop.
