How can I get someone from your call center to actually help me?
This was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. It has to be bad for me to join this forum just to warn other people. I felt so helpless through the whole thing, no one cares, no one calls you back, they have yet to get in touch with me for a missed appointment to reschedule – and I’m on my third one. I just want this whole miserable experience over. Their favorite trick? Put you on hold endlessly. One women put me on hold for 2.5 hours when I asked to talk to a supervisor. Incredible.
