How do I find a Sears employee who cares enough to resolve my problem with a horrible product Sears sold?
The Kenmore washer I have should have been recalled due to numerous customers suffering from the same problem. While Sears did not do this, they sold the replacement part to other customers for a fraction of the super-inflated price shown on the Sears parts site (price shown is higher than the whole machine). I spent hours on the chat line and on the phone with Sears and they just don’t seem to care that they are about to lose a customer who purchased a number of high priced items from them. How do I get to one person at Sears who cares enough to resolve this?
