How do I get a refund that’s 3 months overdue? Phone calls don’t work and all I get are promises that it’s coming.
My dispute # is 1709785. I’ve called repeatedly and gotten very pleasant but ineffective service representatives. The last time I was required to send an e-mail that I hadn’t gotten the refund but was assured it was coming. This is getting very old and I’m never going to shop at Sears again!
