How do I submit a customer complaint to the CEO?

My wife has been looking to buy a comforter and accessories. Each time she goes on the website the price goes up. While she was waiting on her complaint e-mail, the price went up again. She has spoken to two different “Customer Care” people without any satisfaction. In fact, the last contact (who was a “Manager”) was quite rude to my wife. I am very disappointed in how she has been treated.
