I am a reward pt member. I received an e mail letting me know my pts will expire soon. The email states my name completely incorrectly….someone else’s name and when I log in to account with member # it also states email member # do not match. We have made several large purchases this past year and I do not want to lose rewards nor do I want to take someone else’s. I have not been able to resolve this issue. Has anyone else had this problem?
