I am sitting at home with my food thawing in an ice chest & no way to know if my new refrigerator will be delivered. The person I called was unable to help me.So, I’ve been waiting for 2 hours & no sign or no way to know if I will have to throw away my food. At the very least, they should waive the delivery charge–or buy me new food. I have a meeting, guess Sears will make sure I miss it.

    I am sorry that you have been waiting for your delivery. What number have you been calling so that we can further help you?

    Have you called 1-800-295-4809? They should be able to look up your account and let you know the schedule for delivery.

  2. Interestingly, when I call their number I get directed to the web site, when I go to the web site I get a phone number. Thanks Sears.
