I bought a dishwasher less than a year ago and already had 4 service calls on it. Is this normal for a Sears product?
Customer Care wont talk to me anymore. They said all my contact has to be done by email. I usually find that talking to a human is much more productive than sending emails back and forth. I guess this business model works great for Sears, but I am sure it aggrevates the customer.
