I bought a gas bbq last september and many of the exteriotr screws are completely rusted can you help?

    You may want to look into your local hardware stores selection of stainless-steel hardware when replacing rusted screws.

    I am sorry you are having a problem with the screws in the grill. This is common for grills because of the heating and cooling it goes through. When I run cross this, I use a small hand held grinder to cut a slot in the head of the screw. Then use a straight blade screwdriver to remove the screw. If the screws do not come out you will have to drill the old screw out with a bit close to the same size. Then pick up new screws at the hardware store.
