I bought a ride on mower on April of 2010. In the year that I’ve owned it, the mower has been out of service for the majority of the time only it has 15.5
I have posted my complain wild back about a 2 weeks ago, one of the sears executive email me to solve my issue her name is Michelle W, I emailed her my contacted info , my complain and left her twice a voice mail, she never call me or email me at all my case #1751667. that how I been getting the run around form sears no solution so far for 3 1/2 years I have been having an issue and no one seem not fix it, any one tell me what to do, when I been getting the run around from sears Executives and sears Tech, since I have a bad back it looks I have more Pain each time I have to take the tube off and clean it out after start cutting the grass within 5 minutes.
Sears did not care after they soled me ride on more I have been complain about the issue sine and calling and calling for service and no one seem unable to fix it.
