i buy a dsi under my account online and the point is not there when i claim missing point said need a valid contract # and i due the one the is in the receipt i call and nobody can help me

  1. This can be done at under "retrieve missing points"

    You will need to enter the SALESCHECK #

    Every order # has an underlying Salescheck number.

    The order # just identifies the order was placed,
    but it is the salescheck # that identifies the actual transaction.
