Question

I got a pair of DieHard SureTrack boots as a christmas present that the sole has started to crack on and some stitching has come loose. I would like to exchange them under warranty but have no box or receipt. Can I still exchange them?

The sole is cracked on the side of the right boot just below the welt, and one stitch on the toe is loose
