Question

I had to return an item that was bought on-line and when it arrived it was damaged. I contacted the Sears.com customer Service, and was held on line for an Hour , just to exchange one item, so my question is why does it take an hour for one return ?

Next time, try returning the item to a store.

    1. If the customer wanted to go to the store, they would not be shopping on line.

Next time put yourself in the customer's shoes, rather than always defending the indefensible.
