  1. Thank you for your question. From the description you give the ice maker is getting water and making ice but it is not harvesting the ice. If this is correct then the problem is likely with the ice maker thermostat. It is the thermostat that senses when the ice is made and starts the harvest. You might want to confirm there is ice in the mold. If no water reaches the mold then the water valve may be the problem.
