I have made 35 approved reviews from Sears and Kmart items I have purchased over the past few months, but I have not been given my 1,000 SYW points per review. I know that I have made my reviews within the required time to receive these points. I contacted SYW directly, but they said that this issue needs to be resolved by Sears. I contacted Sears, but they pointed their finger back to SYW…who then pointed me back to Sears. Please advise, thank you.
