    I opened up an attached PDF file, that was supplied by the Customer Replacement Warranty representative for our Kenmore Coffee Maker.

    It's a UPS document that goes on the outside of a shipping envelope, that holds the "plug and cord" of our old coffee maker.

    The new machine has several design improvements I can see by just looking at it and more BIGGER buttons, too.

    The big thing is to have a printer set-up properly, to work with the computer you're opening up your e-mail and viewing your PDF attachment "label" with.
