Question

i placed an order on december 26th for 4 items and i haven’t recieved two of my items yet. the website has said shipped for 15 days now and i have called customer service and talk to them on chat and they keep telling me to wait 10 business days to hear a response. they have been rude to me each time i have contacted them. What can i do andcan anyone help me.
