I purchased a 9 piece agio patio set that was supossed to have white glove delivery service. Who do I complain to about the horribble delivery expreience I had?

    What IS a "white glove delivery service"?

    The reason I ask is that we have a BBQ due to be delivered in about a week and have never heard of this type of service.
