I purchased an off white Whirlpool Gold refrigerator from Sears and decided I wanted to exchange it for a stainless steel one. I now realize that I received the stainless look. Who do I call/contact for correction?

  1. How long ago did you get the refrigerator? Was it delivered or did you pick it up? Did you purchase at a store or online? All of these things will affect how you'd have to go about setting up an exchange.
