I work in the UK and keep having people who want to take surveys on the phone transferred to my phone line instead of the survey line. I get this over 20 times a day – have tried calling customer services and they are no help. If anyone know what to do? Who to contact? I would really appreciate it.

I am a little confused-are you having folks wanting to complete a phone survey for Sears being transferred to your work phone line as opposed to a Sears survey number? Can you provide a few more details-we would love to do what we can to get this straightened out. Thanks!
