I’m pretty aggravated right now. Less than a year ago I spent almost $2K on a Kenmore Elite front-loading washer and dryer, and the washer isn’t working. I spent literally all day on the phone trying to schedule an appointment for a repair, and now when I finally get through I’m told the earliest they can schedule the appointment is May 13 – 2 weeks away! I have a lot of laundry to do, and 2 weeks is unacceptable! The thing shouldn’t have broken within the first year to begin with, but having to wait that long is just as frustrating! Isn’t there any way to expedite this?
