Question

Is Sears Item# 00828860000 | Model# DC-231A-Black-2 currently available for pick-up at the SEARS SEVEN CORNERS 6211 LEESBURG PIKE FALLS CHURCH, VA 22044? The reason I ask is that I ordered this item (QTY 2) on March 24th. I was strung along until just last week (March 13), being told that the item would ship – it never did. Being told the item had shipped – it never did and even being told the item was delivered – again, it was never shipped. My payment was refunded – I never asked for a refund. It is still listed as available for store pick up AND the price has doubled! So is this item available or not? What is going on? Please let me know. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. THANKS
