My order is almost 3 days late, I am waiting for sears e-mail to pick it up, this is not the fort time, last time, they send it to my house, but, I had to cancel my order because it was two weeks late. It was a stroller and a car seat, I end up buing a different one that I didn’t like, but I needed it. I don’t think I would trust sears shipping anymore.

Plus customer service in store over the phone is not the best.

    Sometimes, visiting the store helps with the service level.

    I am sorry to hear that this has been a re-occurring issue for you and that you have not received an email letting you know if your order is ready for pick up.

    Is this a local store pick-up? If so, have you called to see if your order is ready?
