  1. Raj, first I would suggest you remove the rear cardboard panel across the back of the refrigerator. With the cover off you can access the compressor and condenser fan if there is one. Try to confirm if the compressor is running and if the conderser fan is running. When the refrigerator is turned on listen for a clicking sound from the compressor. This might indicate the problme is a bad start relay or compressor problem. Make sure the freezer fan is working as well. If the fans and compressor all seem to work then the problmem might be a freon leak. I hope this information is helpful to you.
