Question

New Carrier installed 3 monhs ago. System alert said change filter. Discovered electrostatic filter was not turned on. Assume it was that way since it was install with the rest of the system. Need to contact Sears authorized contractor to make sure no other items were overlooked during install. Contact me on my cell: 2**-**0-9***. No rush guys. Thanks, Dean Allen, Sr.

    But. You had a conventional filter installed in addition to the electrostatic filter, right?
