Okay, so Sears apologized again and again and again and again but DON’T want to take responsibility!!!!
My problem started on this site July 28th and went through onto August 13th and all I ever got was “I’m sorry”, and private emails that no one can see, on how Sears will put in a police report….”What”!!!!! Why don’t they just say they don’t want to help……So what’s the outcome? Sears are you going to get back with me, because no officer came to my door to investigate?
I would like the phone number of your CEO, Mr. Lambert. I will discuss this with him and see what help I am going to get.
Please reply with the phone number instead of another apology……………
