Ordered a new treadmill and was delivered a floor model. Cant get to talk to anyone in service for a refund or exchange. Called the very same day the product was received and no help from anyone. Bad service = SEARS?

    How do you know the item received was a floor model?

    The Service number is 1-800-4my-home.

    Does the machine "work"?

    Did you order from the Internet or from inside of a store?

    What is the long model number of the machine you have and is it the same number as the ordered machine?

    Did you pay for a "setup" of the machine?
