Question

ORDERED TWO ITEMS FROM SEARS, GOT IT SHIPPED TO STORE.. COULD NOT PICK UP ONE OF THE ORDERS, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, ORDER WAS NOT IN THE STORES COMPUTER, DID NOT LET ME PICK UP MY ORDER.

    After you had placed your orders, did you receive an email with order details on both of these items? Were they both available for store pick-up? To help you further, were you charged for both items on your online receipts?
