Our ice maker has stopped working on our brand new Kenmore refrigerator. We have followed all steps listed in owners manual but it is still not working

  1. Mgould, I'm sorry you are having a problem with the icemaker. If it did work for awhile and then quit, check to see if the fill tube behind the icemaker is frozen. If it is, then it would indicate the water valve is not seating properly and will need to be replaced. If you would like more assistance, the complete model and serial number of the refrigerator will be needed to access information about your refrigerator. However, I would recommend having a technician check and repair this under warranty. You can call 1-800-469-4663 to schedule a technician to come out.
