Purchased a central heating/ac complete unit from Sears on June 8th when the sales rep came out, was suppose to be installed no later than June 14. We received a call that they would be out on the 17 or 18, well here it is June 24th and we have heard from NO ONE!!! I can’t even get anyone on the phone to talk to me about this issue. I have called and called, is there anyone else besides the San Antonio office that can help with this situation. they don’t like to return calls.
