Purchased new dishwasher. I only wish I could get it delivered. We set delivery date two days after purchase. At 6p the first delivery date was finally called and told perhaps later tonight scheduled for first appointment next day. Its 4p and he just arrived. I feel this is Sears Fault not the tech as they are given a huge territory to cover with no regard to time involved. Also purchased a garbage disposal. Sears can’t install that so a plumber is coming at 5:30 p to install Hope the tech is fast. This company has the worst customer service next to Best Buy than I have ever experienced. Sadly consumers are limited where they can buy appliances.
