Question

RE:Craftsman Model #2875114 Air Compressor/Inflator/Digital Tire Gauge. Tried using removable D/T/G for 1st time. No response. Properly installed new #LR44 button batteries (2). Unit still does not work.

The D/T/G works okay when attached to the air compressor. I cannot locate original receipt. Therefore, not sure if unit is still under warranty. Any
suggestions? Thanks.

    Thank you for joining the MySears Community!

    There are two ways in which you can locate your receipt. One is by signing into your Sears Account and the other is if you have a SYWR account.

    If choosing to use your SYWR account, click on "Rewards" and at the bottom of the pop-up page click on "Account History". Here you will find past and present purchases. Unfortunately you can not print them out, but you can provide the order ID and sales check to an online Customer Service Representative for them to send to your email.

    To use your Sears account, click to sign in. Once signed in, "click on "Order Center" which is in the drop down, under your username. This will bring up a list of all your purchases, online, -in-store and layaway. Once you click on the specific purchase, scroll to the very bottom of the page, and on the left side it will say "View printable receipt".
