Santa can you please return the broken tablet.I did not recieve until December and now your saying I cant return it past its 30 days when you posted returns for 90 day.

The Linsay Tablet was a huge letdown for my son.Sorry I had faith in Sears and their products.

  1. If credit card was used call cc company and dispute the charges. They are more likely to help than Sears ever will!

  2. Hi tyme2ryde! Thanks for your question today. I am so sorry to hear your tablet was delivered damaged. Per the Sears return policy, if delivered items with visible damage are not reported within 72 hours upon receipt of product, the refund or exchange will not be accepted.
