Signed up for automatic shipment of replacement water cartridge for our Kitchen Aid Refrig. Light is on to replace and have not received new cartridge yet. When do you determine to ship cartridges?

  1. Hi Griff1800! Thanks for posting your question today. The water filter replacement program has 3 options. You can have it automatically sent every 3 months, 6 months, or year. I am not sure which option you are enrolled in. You can check with the folks at Sears Home Service. They will be happy to let you know when you will receive your water filter, and what option you are registered to receive.
