Unlevel washer… not unlevel though

Kenmore Oasis, unlevel on every cycle.. readjusts for ‘unlevel’ness about 3 times each cycle. The basin looks like it is off center, but I cannot manipulate it back into place.

  1. Hello dman3768. You could have a problem with the suspension system. An item that has worked its way in between the inner spin basket and the plastic outer tub could also cause this problem. A bad spin bearing at the bottom of the outer tub could also cause the unbalanced condition in that washer. I recommend that you have a service technician examine and repair the washer. You can call Sears at 1-800-469-4663 (1-800-4MY-HOME) to set up service. If you need more help, let us know.

  2. Hi dman3768! Thanks for posting your question on the MySears Community today. I am going to pass this along to our Appliance Team to see if they have any suggestions on this one. If you could also post the model number of your washer, that could help them to properly troubleshoot this for you.
