Question

We had our new refrigerator delivered on Monday (second delivery as the first was damaged from the truck to our door, and it turned out that this refrigerator was defective and never should have left the warehouse). As I was going to load food into the freezer portion of the new fridge, we noticed that it has been damaged. Please send me the phone number of your customer service so that we can resolve. Thanks!

  1. Call 800 732 7747. That is the home delivery number. If you contact them today (within 3 days of receipt of product), the delivery department will be able to immediately resolve the issue.
