Question

We purchased a SertaPerfect Sleeper mattress set 1/19/2012. The mattress is obviously breaking down and becoming very lumpy. If I sleep on my side and then turn onto my back, I have to deal with a large unyielding ridge in the mattress. It’s a very poor design and is obviously defective. How do I go about getting the mattress replaced with something different.
