What email address can I send a complaint about incorrect parts continuously showing up. Address I got from repair services was invalid?

Service technicians have been good but we can’t get the right part!!!!

    The Service Tech's can also submit an electronic form, concerning questionable parts application, to the part of the Service Department that maintains the Parts Direct database with the various manufacturers' products, that are sold or serviced by Sears.

    Maybe a two-prong approach?

    Be sure to include the machine's long model number, the approximate data of purchase, along with the part number and name of the "wrong part number" part(s) you've been receiving.

    This will go a long way into looking into whether the database needs new information or if the parts list the manufacturer supplied is in error.
