whirlpool dryer won’t turn on

Changed thermal fuse, still no power. Power coming in to rear but won’t turn on, no lights, nothing.

  1. Even if the door switch is bad there should still be 120 volts to the control and there should be LED lights.

      Hello; thanks for the inquiry about your dryer not turning on. Based on that description I wouls sugest that you check the door switch and actuator. Be sure you unplug the dryer before any service.

      Thanks ron, I have tested and found thermal fuse bad, replaced and still nothing.

      Oh. And about the door switch, if that were bad, wouldn't there still at least be power to main control panel?
